About Us

Billy Aylor, CBP, is the President of Rokquest Inc. located in McKinney, Texas. He has been in business since 1968 and has designed and built over 2000 commercial and residential projects. He has been retained as a structural and design expert on many other projects, both nationally and internationally.

He is certified by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP formerly NSPI) as a Certified Building Professional (CBP). He was the 13th of less than 240 CBP's certified worldwide. Certified Building Professionals are at the top of the pool industry and are considered experts in their field. His projects have won over 35 NSPI design awards in the categories of design, technical and engineering. Some of these awards are displayed on the showroom walls at Rokquest Inc.

Mr. Aylor has been on the board of the Region III APSP for the last 10 years. He is currently serving as President of the High Plains Chapter. He contributes his time and funds to expanding the region and educating other pool professionals.

Billy Aylor was chosen in 1990-1995 to build and oversee the construction of resorts, aerobics, therapy, competition and commmercial pools, and water parks on the Black Sea. He was instrumental in the training of Eastern European workers in American pool and water feature building technology. He trained the workers in the United States at local job sites. He has been involved in projects including zoos, theme parks, water parks, museums, hospital therapy pools, competition and recreational climbing walls, numerous commercial swimming pool projects and archaelogical reproductions. He has conducted, and continues to conduct, educational seminars on subjects ranging from the technical aspects of pool construction to the installation of rock and water features.
